Every account sold on NOLIRA is covered by a 1-day (24-hour) warranty, starting the moment credentials appear in your cabinet. During those 24 hours, if the account does not work as described — you cannot sign in, the password was already changed, the API quota is not unused, or the account is banned or locked — open a Support ticket immediately. After we verify the issue we replace the account or refund. A longer warranty (beyond 24 hours) is possible only if you prove the defect is not caused by your own use. We accept two forms of evidence: 1. Video recording. An uncut screen recording that starts in your NOLIRA cabinet, shows the delivered credentials, the sign-in attempt, and the error (ban, 2FA, wrong password, empty quota, etc.). The system date and time must be visible. Edited or spliced video is not accepted. 2. Moderator access. You grant NOLIRA moderation temporary access to the purchased account so we can inspect login, security, bans and API usage ourselves. After the check we ask you to change the password. Without one of these proofs, claims after 24 hours are declined. The warranty does not cover: password changes you made, 2FA you enabled that locked you out, sharing the account, using it in a way that violates xAI rules, or a ban that happens after you started using the account.
